THE COMPANY

The DALMONTE PAOLO-DALCOM group born in 1963. Since 1975, as per request by the equipment manufacturers and the sale and marketing sectors, the Company has concentrated its resources and operations on the production of components, spare parts and accessories for concrete pumps, truck mixers and concrete plants.

 

Other concerns of interests are: mining, petrochemical, drilling.

 

Nowadays, the Company is using an extensive commercial network in several countries, but especially it begins a series of relationships with the main manufacturers of machines worldwide. They are still the commercial support of our company as well as an important source of development and know-how.

 

The commercial/production departments are:

Ravenna, Via Ricasoli n° 5, commercial and production headquarters in an area of 7000 square meters.

Ravenna, Via Grandi n° 37, in an area of 3000 square meters.

Caselle Torinese, workshop of service and repairing machines in an area of 1000 square meters.

Madrid ( Spagna ), commercial warehouse in an area of 500 square meters.

 

The main production area is divided into:

• Machine Part Department: equipped with CNC lathes and machining centres for drilling and routing which are able to carry out the most precise mechanical operations requested.
• Metalwork Department: supplied with technologically modern and environmentally sound machinery for wire welding, plasma cutting, automatic robot and painting cabin. In this department we are able to cut and machine materials up to a hardness of 67 HRC.
• Raw Material Warehouse: equipped with all the necessary tools and materials for automatic cutting, up to 360 mm in diameter. Able to quickly and efficiently supply required parts to production departments..
• Technical Department: equipped with software for technical designs with 3D technologies in order to calculate the masses and connections.
• Quality Department: able to follow step by step all the internal and external working processes, product traceability as well as the final quality control thanks to the most advanced measurement tools.
